Cancelation Policy

Dear client,

 

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment via text or phone call will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made within the 24-hour frame will incur a penalty of 50% (treatment fee), and cancellations made within the 12-hour frame will incur a penalty of 100% (treatment fee).
